Marvin Moore, an orphan and street rat lives with his mangy friends in a junkyard in the the town of upper squares where new laws have been created to bring unlimited power to the powerful and to eliminate the poor and needy from society for good. Marvin spends his days and nights struggling and battling against these unjust individuals and their laws. He does not use conventional tactics in this war, however. With a lot of pizza, the sport of baseball, and an indomitable spirit he enters a fight that has to be won.
