Aaron Clayton is a Fiction Writer.
Aaron wrote a series of poetry, which is where his passion for writing began, and The Library of Congress has published several of his original poems. Aaron also wrote for a Hollywood Publication before taking the leap to write novels full time.
He released his first thriller novel, Mountain Top, in June of 2018.
His second novel, Island Park, also a thriller, was released in January of 2019. The inspiration for the idea of this novel came from experience Aaron had while traveling from West Yellowstone, Montana, to Spokane, Washington. He was stranded at an Island Park truck stop, in Idaho, for almost eight hours during one of the worst storms the area had ever experienced.
Following Island Park, Aaron released a ghost story called Canyon Springs in April of 2019.
His Halloween short story, 1983, which Aaron wrote, based on an experience he had as a child, was released October 1st, 2019, and is available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Aaron's latest Horror novel, The Gables, was scheduled to be released on June 1, 2020. A Halloween short-story, Hopeless, Nevada, is also being released in 2020, with an expected publication date of October 1st. A murder/mystery novel is currently in the works and is expected to be released in early 2021.
The follow-up novel to Island Park is scheduled to be released in 2021, as well.
Aaron has a writing studio in Montana and splits his time between Montana and New Mexico where he lives with his wife and three daughters. Aaron enjoys hiking, camping, and reading.
