Anthi Theiopoulou was born in Athens on 26 April 1980 from parents Engineers of TUA with Asia Minor origin (Constantinopolitan and Pontiac). During the last years she lives in Lykovrisi, Athens with her twelve years old son. She has been specialized in Strategy and Organizational Development and she holds an MSc in International Management from the University of Liverpool. She speaks fluently English, French and Italian, plays the piano and was a member of the Hellenic National Karate Team for several years. She participates as a member in various international scientific Forums like the Great Transition Initiative and the European Innovation Network as well as in various Boards. During the last 13 years she works as a Consultant and is a co-founder and President of the Hellenic Society for Organizational Learning. The last 10 years of service was highlighted by vigorous social and research activity pioneering in development, transfer and integration of knowhow in the Hellenic society. In May 2014 she also participated in the European Parliament elections as a candidate of the United People’s Front party of Greece (ΕΠΑΜ) and continues to be active in politics since then. In 2015 she founded OLSET Ltd., which is based in the Innovation Warehouse hub of High-Tech companies in London, and provides a scientifically developed software that enables organizations to apply Organizational Learning at any scale. Her first book, titled ‘Doing More With Less; Organizational Learning and the OLSET tool’ was published in 2016 and describes in a simple way the scientific research behind the OLSET software.
