Arthur is a native of Culpeper, Virginia and still calls the small town home. However, he has decided Heathsville, Virginia is the perfect place to harness the writer’s spirit within. With five children’s books written, illustrated and animated, he has also dabbled in writing short stories, novellas and informational material.

Arthur is the author of The Umbrella Clause, Killing Myself, and Doing Business As Kevin Templeton by Kiley Riley. He is anxiously awaiting the release of his new novel soon.
