As Founder of Langford Leadership and as a Senior Consultant Contractor with Korn Ferry, Int’l., Carol carries a Masters of Fine Arts from New York University Tisch School of the Arts, professional certifications from the International Coach Federation (PCC), Dr. Judith Glaser’s Conversational Intelligence, Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence, Dr. Joe Dispenza’s NeuroChangeSolutions, Mike Dooley’s Infinite Possibilities, and Conflict Transformation from Baltimore Mediation and Search for Common Ground among others. Carol lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn where she loves film, theatre, museums, and everything about New York City’s richly diverse culture.
