Dan Gingiss has worked in social media, customer service, marketing, and digital customer experience throughout a 20-year career. He has led social customer care programs at several Fortune 300 companies.

Dan is the host of the Focus on Customer Service podcast. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He currently resides in Chicago where his interests include the Chicago Cubs, pinball, bowling, and softball.
