De’Andre Salter is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, certified financial expert, and author. One of the most recognized and celebrated Black executives in the commercial insurance industry, his stellar career as a senior executive with three different Fortune 100 companies, and his faith, served as inspiration for building the largest Black-owned wholesale insurance brokerage in the United States. Salter was consecrated Bishop of Administration of the Macedonia International Bible Fellowship, an association of pastors representing ministries in African and the United States. He currently serves as senior pastor of Impact Church in South Plainfield, NJ. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Drew University, A Master of Theology from The King’s Seminary and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry.
