Gina was planning to be a teacher when she grew up, but switched to writing so she wouldn't have to get up so early in the morning. In addition to Avalon she has written an historical novel, The Hammer of God, and is currently co-writing The Prince Warrior Series with bestselling author and speaker Priscilla Shirer. She lives in Buffalo, where it snows a lot, with her husband Steve and three daughters.
