Hi! My name is Heather Marie and I am the human mom and author of the children's picture book series, "The Adventures of Pickle Juice and Patty Cakes". I was inspired to begin this series after Pickle Juice and Patty Cakes had many complications when they were newborn puppies. They fought hard and pushed through, despite the challenges. In today's world, it's easy to get caught up in life and forget about the small things. I want these adventures to help kids learn problem solving, determination, kindness and acceptance of differences in others.
