James has been writing stories since he first picked up a yellow legal pad at his grandmothers house at the age of 7. He continued to write throughout high-school and onward, even winning an award for his screenplay "Crumble Hill" in the Nashville 48 hour film festival in 2009.
He is a native of Tennessee, and his writing is often eclectic, as he tends to merges several genres into one piece.
