Nursing has been more than a career for me, it's been my passion and my purpose. My inspiration to write this book came from the desire to share the stories of some of the extraordinary patients I had the privilege to care for. Although the book takes place in So. California, I currently reside in the Treasure Valley in Idaho with my husband and our two Australian Shepherds. We enjoy all the outdoor activities this area has to offer like kayaking, hiking, and white water rafting.
