Writing has been a passion of mine from a young age. From my school days and into my college years, I have written columns and articles for school and college magazines as well as short stories and poems. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon and Kingston University, London. Psychology and the theme of mental illness heavily influence my writings. Personally, I am fascinated by stories about flawed characters, particularly when the flawed character is the hero/heroine of the story.
