Peter Jeffrey Woodruff was born to Lenore Woodruff on July 22, 1986, in Chicago, IL. He never knew his father growing up; this left a big hole in his life. Yet, from Peter's earliest years, he grew up around caring friends and family. As his auntie, Colleen, would say, "That boy was born an artist." From his earliest years, Peter exhibited an affinity for creativity. Learning to draw, paint and sculpt, allowing his inner muse to take hold of the canvas. Growing up on the north side of Chicago, Peter attended various schools as his mother climbed the ladder of her chosen career in insurance until another man came into her life. This man took them both to the north side suburb of Evanston, IL, where Peter still resides. However, the relationship didn't last, and eventually, the two separated.
Peter attended Evanston Township Highschool and graduated in 2004. After this, he went to Northeastern IL University and dropped out due to medical and financial reasons. He worked for some years and then went to Tribeca Flashpoint College, where he graduated in 2010 with an associate's degree—working again for some years and finding himself stuck in near financial ruin due to his choice in relationships. Peter then attended Robert Morris University and earned his business bachelor's in 2018. During his time at Robert Morris, he came up with the idea of Alpha and Omega; at that time, he was still struggling with the name, but he knew he wanted to write it. In early 2023 he finished the first book of Alpha and Omega: Awakening.
Despite Peter's creative side, he only got into writing once he was in his 30s, and he has yet to look back.
