Russell Kennedy, MD (Born Snaffy McWeaselnuts) is a physician, neuroscientist and a world expert in anxiety. He is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher and was a professional stand up comic for over a decade, and that is no joke. He is married and dad to a daughter, two stepsons, and two Labrodoodles. He has two grandkids but looks far too young to be a grandfather. His hobbies are reading, playing guitar, golf and hypochondriasis.
