Sabelle can relate. She knows the teenage years are a front row seat to the rest of your life and no two experiences are the same. A multi-platinum, award-winning songwriter, the most rewarding part of her career has been commiserating with young hearts to shape raw, relatable emotions into things you can sing at the top of your lungs. She knows what it means to have a voice in the silence, an outlet for the angst. She also likes fuzzy hats.
Raised by an artist father (Breer) and artist/musician mother, it was understood that art as a form of expression equals a life worth living. Her first novel, "not my fault," is a Hy-five to that. Sabelle lives comfortably in her own head alongside her husband, two tolerant teenagers, and a couple of really needy Labradors. She doesn’t want any part of the 'mom jeans' thing.
