I accidentally wrote a book. That's how my life goes, though. I fall into things and end up reveling in them while learning as much as I can. When I end up enjoying the process I continue it. 

My accidental book, Self-Portraits of the Apocalypse, combines worlds I love, namely art, design, and writing. Most of my adult life was spent doing these things in some sort of combination as an oil painter, a graphic/web/UX designer, a tech book author, editor, and educator--and whatever else looked fun and tasty to try. This path of being an author/illustrator seems to bring all three of my favorite sources of work-joy together in a productive way. There will be more books!
