Thomas Kelso is a graduate of Virginia Tech and earned his doctorate in veterinary science prior to enrolling in medical school. He practices orthopedic surgery near Wilmington, North Carolina where he lives with Vicky, his wife of nearly 40 years. When he's not caring for patients or taking emergency room call he writes fiction. His first novel, Fractured, was published in 2018.
