Tracy Johnson is an avid researcher of all things that help the body maintain a healthy ecosystem. Inflicted with her own challenge to keep her autoimmune disease under control she keeps abreast of ways to do this. She keeps active through Kickbox, downhill skiing, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and dancing. She also makes whole plant foods a mainstay and consumes them daily.
While deeply soul searching for her life's purpose, it came to her through a very close friend's illness. Armed with her knowledge of ways to combat disease, she was more than enthusiastic to share with her friend. To her dismay, they did not share her discipline nor had any interest in changing the lifestyle at this stage. She then decided it would probably be easier to train the young than retrain the old.
So, her purpose in life is to help children understand the importance of healthy food choices and physical activity, she does this, unwittingly, through Ninjas. The children become captivated and interested in caring for them. She hopes 'Feeding the Ninjas' becomes a foundational structure to carry into adulthood. The ultimate goal... a healthier future population.
She believes the old adage of 'Diet and Exercise' has so much more gravity once one understands what actually happens with the introduction of proper nutrients and physical activity. This is what fuels her mission.
