The Gee children and friends are excited to go on a camping trip. Boar’s dad is going to tell a super scary story by the campfire. When night fell, they all sat around the fire, ready for the story, even though some were a little nervous. The friends listened, wide-eyed, as Boar’s dad described every spooky detail recalling a time when a young dad and a friend took a short-cut through a cemetery. The two had heard a mysterious knock coming from within an old house on the grounds and decided to investigate. The campers could almost hear the knocks themselves as they huddled together, feeling the warmth of the fire and the thrill of the story.
