TWO “LEE HARVEY OSWALDS” WERE IN THE TEXAS SCHOOL BOOK DEPOSITORY ON NOVEMBER 22, 1963 – ONE WAS AN ASSASSIN ON THE SIXTH FLOOR, THE OTHER WAS A PATSY STANDING ON THE STEPS OUTSIDE SEEING THE MURDER! CONTAINS EXPLOSIVE NEW MATERIAL! The John F. Kennedy assassination is a cold case murder, which the Dallas District Attorney’s office has failed to investigate for the past fifty-one years, although much evidence has been uncovered by citizen investigators, although Dallas had legal jurisdiction over the murder, and although there is no statute of limitation on murder. The Warren Commission alone decided Oswald’s guilt, not a Dallas jury. The U.S. government had no legal jurisdiction whatever over the murder of President John F. Kennedy. The key to JFK’s assassination is not the guilt of Lee Oswald, a CIA agent – he was guilty of conspiracy, treason and murder – but the innocence of ‘Harvey Oswald’, an employee of the Texas School Book Depository and an agent of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), the CIA and the FBI, who was murdered by Jack Ruby. Harvey’s innocence demonstrates that there indeed was a conspiracy to murder John Fitzgerald Kennedy. George Schwimmer, PhD, became interested in the apparent innocence of ‘Harvey Oswald’ and began to assemble his cold case files, including startling verbatim Warren Commission testimony, and immense help from the massive research project HARVEY AND LEE by John Armstrong, as well as LEE & ME, by Judyth Vary Baker. As with all research, one fact led to another, until a coherent picture began to emerge from the immense pile of puzzle pieces. That picture includes the background of ‘Harvey’ as a juvenile Hungarian immigrant fluent in Russian, the creation of a second ‘Lee Harvey Oswald’ and a second ‘Marguerite Oswald’ - the real Oswalds originally New Orleans natives connected to Mob boss Carlos Marcello. The picture continues with the recruitment of both Lee Oswald and Harvey Oswald by the ONI and the CIA, followed by Harvey’s assumption of Lee’s identity, ‘defection’ to Russia, and Lee’s involvement with the Cuban revolution. The legend expands into New Orleans, where Harvey is “sheep-dipped” to seem like a fervent pro-Castro sympathizer and where he begins to be sucked into the Kennedy assassination plot by his renegade CIA handler. Finally, unable to control his destiny, he winds up on the steps of the Dallas School Book Depository, while Lee Oswald is inside on the sixth floor shooting at the president. Harvey’s whereabouts on November 22, 1963 are tracked minute by minute, showing that he could not have been where the Warren Commission claimed he was. In the end, of course, Harvey was murdered by the same cabal that killed JFK and falsely accused by the Warren Commission, the FBI, and the CIA of being a killer and traitor, when it was his accusers who were the killers and traitors. This is a theoretical reconstruction, pieced together from many factual sources, some facts necessarily joined with rational deduction. The book is intended for the person who just wants an overview of Harvey’s life and activities. Although written in the first person, Harvey narrating his life story, all of the facts in the account have been checked and verified. This is a new configuration of facts and verbatim testimony, much from the Warren Commission archives but not published elsewhere before. Once you’ve read this account, you will never again believe that ‘Harvey Oswald’ shot President Kennedy.
