When Henry suddenly dies, leaving Sara a widow 20 years of mental abuse finally end. Yet those years have cost her not only her feeling of self-worth, her femininity, or self-respect but also her ability to love and feel emotions. Having built walls to protect her heart, soul and passions, she has been unable to let go of her control for years. While yearning deep inside to submit as she once had to the man she loved first. Those days where gone, the ability to trust another man like she had, lost to years of hearing how inadequate, stupid and useless, even disgusting in her needs she was.
When she moves temporarily to town while her dream house is being build, her live is about to become dangerously complicated.
Letters with no sender and creepy poems show up on her doorstep. Then Benjamin her first love and the only man she ever submitted to suddenly tries to win her back. When it turns out that Sara is in life threatening danger, she has nobody to turn to but Benjamin. Will he protect her, or is he her doom?
Waiting in the Wings had a rocky start in April, something I'm still sorry for. I have been published before but with a publishing house, where they did all the editing while I could simply sit back. Doing it all by myself wasn't as easy as I thought, and my dyslexia a bigger problem then I wanted to admit.
Now the book is professionally edited and has undergone major improvements, thanks to 3Pediting. I hope you'll like it.
unusual but realistic
The writing style of the author us unusual and I had to get used to it but soon enough it felt like the two main characters where sitting beside me telling me their story. I am used to stories written in a certain style so it took me a few pages to see that the author wrote like people actually talk and tell you something. Like most people think, and see the world, almost too realistic towards the end. But when I closed the book I loved it, and regretted that in the first few pages I wanted to put it aside.

Finally, after several months of editing with the help of a professional Waiting in the Wings is back on the market. Besides correcting all the spelling, grammar and punctuation mistakes, we also improved the plot and characters. Thanks to 3Pediting a story that was good but not so good written is no very good in both aspects. Or at least that's my opinion. It's available at all major distibuters as well as at my own store to a special in store price of 1.50 CAD
After having it pointed out to me that the book has spelling, grammar and punctuation issues I had not been able to find and my previous editor/friend didn't either the book is now with 3pediting. THe book is available for free until the revision will be published, please be advised of the named issues in the version to this point still available.
I hope to have worked out those problems within the next four to six weeks but it might take some time since the person I had it to edit with was more concerned about my feelings then about a good job.
