Kimberly Quay has loved fantasy fiction as far back as she can remember. Her childhood home was full of fantasy, thriller, and horror books and movies. Born and raised in Florida, she spent most of her youth outside searching for fairies and hoping to meet a vampire.

Author of the Fire Banshee trilogy, she’s fascinated by old graveyards and things that go bump in the night. When she’s not working on her next novel, she’s reading or kicking her husband’s butt in darts.

She is happily married to her best friend and biggest fan, Adam. They currently live in North Florida with their beloved dog, Emmy.
