Kelly studied Law Enforcement and Journalism at Penn State University where his passion for writing, travel, and motorsports came alive. He traveled to races on weekends and before long was writing feature stories for auto racing magazines. When the offer to work for a prominant NASCAR race team came he grabbed it. Then Kelly went to work for a small start-up, VP Racing Fuels, and helped grow it into a global competitor and related the tale in the novel FUELIN' AROUND.  When the opportunity to get back to writing popped up Kelly grabbed it. His first novels, FOUND IN TIME and THE LOST PULSE were works in historical fiction and then Kelly worked with editor/author Ryan Steck on the conspiracy thrillers THE EXPORT and THE EXPORT'S REVENGE. Most recently he released DEADLY DRIVER and a year later launched an enhanced version of the F1/CIA thriller as SPY DRIVER. Kelly's completed work on THE BLOOD COMPASS and is developing SPY DRIVER as a series for TV.
